When I attempt a remote start, the lights flash, the fuel pump energizes, the crank relay energizes, but the starter relay doesn't. using a scan tool, I see the BCM receives the signal, the crank relay is energized. Because the fuel pump is turning on my guess the PCM is receiving a signal.
